1. Health comes from within!

2. The points furthest from the problem are often the most effective.

For example – For neck problems such as muscle stiffness, rub the outside of the big toe below the nail on the bony side with your fingers. If it really hurts then it should be rubbed gently.

3. Eating almost healthy “ALMOST ALL THE TIME” is so much better than not eating healthy most of the time. You are what you eat! (junk is junk)

4. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

5 (a). Be Like “Mr. Natural” not “Mr. Stupid”, Mr. Stupid would never take Alka-Seltzer plus for a cold no matter how bad or lousy he was feeling. Mr. Natural would say “give me” that stuff because it will make me feel so much better”!

5 (b). The word “Doctor” means to be a “Teacher.”

6. What is better than pooping 2-3 times a day.... Eat lots of freshly made coleslaw when you are eating protein (except eggs). Cabbage is a super food & is almost pure fiber.

7. Healthy bowls are a sign of a strong immune system!

8. The object of life is for your brain to NOT KNOW it has any parts, because none of your parts are complaining.

9. Taking a nice warm bath with epsom salt is very therapeutic! Magnesium is the best relaxant epsom salt is magnesium chloride and table salt are sodium chloride!

10. Too often what we crave the most is what we are most allergic to! Examples: Wheat, bread, pasta, milk, sugar, cheese and yogurt! These foods often make us fat by sticking to our bones or it can cause skin issues, etc.
